How can you convert a research study into an engaging visual summary?
Step 1: Select the most important information from the research paper. It’s critical to have a clear idea of what the readers would be interested in.
Step 2: Gather the content and data you need to tell a story.
Step 3: Split up the information into logical parts (bullet points). There should be an introduction (study objective), a main body (key findings), and a conclusion (take-home message).
Step 4: Arrange the bullets in an infographic layout. Add appropriate icons, charts, and images to support your content. Cross-check all data and references before passing this to the design team.
Step 5: Make sure to include design notes for the graphic designer.
Step 6: Review the content and layout thoroughly to eliminate errors.
